1.Our products are handcrafted and made with natural shell materials. Due to the natural growth patterns of shells, they won’t be as flawless as machine-made products. Natural black spots, color variations, small pores, or uneven surfaces on the shells are normal and not considered quality issues. Thank you for your understanding!
2.Shells are naturally thin, delicate, and have unique textures and pores. During the cutting process, occasional breakage may occur, which can make the joints more visible. This is a normal characteristic and not a quality defect. We appreciate your understanding!
3.The lacquer on our jewelry boxes is a natural, eco-friendly plant-based lacquer. Because it’s applied by hand and affected by air pressure, the surface may be slightly uneven or have small bubbles. These are normal and do not indicate a quality problem.
4.The powder detailing is hand-painted, so each batch may look slightly different. With improved techniques, the powder colors may vary from previous versions. Minor differences in hardware between batches are also normal.
5.The lining material of the jewelry box is absorbent, and because it’s stored sealed in the warehouse, it may have a slight odor when first opened. There’s no need to worry—just leave the box open in a well-ventilated area for a few days, and the smell will dissipate.
6.Our jewelry boxes don’t require special maintenance, but please avoid placing them in excessively humid environments or exposing them to prolonged direct sunlight. For cleaning, simply wipe with a soft cloth. To ensure durability, not all products are made of solid wood.
