Ship from China, orders may be shipped separately, with each package provided with its own tracking information.

Our mother-of-pearl inlay products are handcrafted:

✅ In-stock items: Typically delivered within 9–27 business days depending on your location.
🛠 Custom-made or out-of-stock items: Require a production time of approximately 30 days before shipping.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

A signature may be required upon delivery.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO may take up to 7 additional business days.
All orders are subject to approval and product availability.
Estimated delivery times shown on product pages are provided by shipping carriers in real time and do not include processing or production times.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. No shipping on weekends or holidays.
Please watch for our email after placing an order. We may request additional information to complete your shipment.
If delivery attempts exceed two times, the package will be automatically returned. Please ensure your contact information is valid and reachable.
